All teachers who get prepare will know how to set up rules in the classroom. A teacher shouldn’t just come into the class and started teaching without get involve with the students. A teacher must know how to convey important information to students effectively. They must know the way to teach students so that the students understand what they have learned. A teacher has to allow question-answer session with students.

A teacher must create a warm and protective environment but at the same time professional. If students feel secure in the classroom the result will be shown in the academic progress. A teacher should teach the students to be professional in the subject that have been taught. The teacher must be professional in the subject first before teach the students. Beside that, all materials needed for teaching must be completed before entering the class.
